Personal data we process

Pure Light processes your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide this data to us. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

  • First and last name
  • Address information
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address
  • Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone or video conferencing.
  • Information about your surfing behavior across different websites (for example, because this company is part of an advertising network)
  • Bank account number

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Pure Light processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data about you:

  • health
  • data of persons younger than 16 years old
    Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than
    16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities, in order to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us at barbara.kuipers@puur-licht.nl and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on which basis we process personal data
Pure Light processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Sending our newsletter
  • Calling or e-mailing you when necessary to perform our services
  • Informing you about changes in our services and products
  • To deliver goods and services to you
  • Pure Light analyzes your behavior on the website in order to improve the website and tailor the products and services offered to your preferences.
  • Pure Light also processes personal data when we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our accounting, debtor administration and tax return.

Pure Light processes the special and/or sensitive personal data of you, such as health data provided by yourself with your consent, in correspondence within the framework of the service. The purpose of this is to provide you with the best possible service during the execution of the agreement.

Pure Light collects your data for the performance of the agreement established with you.

Personal data will be kept as long as you indicate that you wish to remain on file and are interested in the services offered and as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations.

In other cases, your personal data will be deleted after 2 years or if you indicate that you want your data deleted earlier this will happen sooner.

Sharing personal data with third parties

When processing data, Pure Light uses external processors such as the accounting system, email system, bookkeeping. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Pure Light remains responsible for this processing. In addition, Pure Light will not provide your personal data to other third parties, unless with your explicit consent.

If a testimonial or other personal experience is shared with third parties, your personal data will only be used if you have given your explicit permission beforehand.

Newsletter

To send the newsletter, your name and e-mail address are collected.

If you subscribe to the newsletter or are a client, your data will be used to send the digital newsletter to you.

Basis
If you are not yet a client, your data will be processed insofar as you have given permission to use and/or send the newsletter. If you are a client, we will send you a newsletter based on the legitimate commercial interest of the company in sending the most current offer to clients.

How long do we keep your data?
Your data will be kept for these purposes until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of each newsletter.

With whom do we share your data?
An external mail program that meets all legal requirements is used to send the newsletter.

Pure Light does not use cookies or similar techniques.

Review, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data.
In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Pure Light and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send you or another organization mentioned by you, the personal data we have on you in a computer file. You can send a request to inspect, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or request the revocation of your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to barbara.kuipers@puur-licht.nl. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make in this copy your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and
citizen’s service number in black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

How we secure personal data

Pure Light takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. Changes

Pure Light is required to update this privacy statement from time to time, due to, among other things, changes on the website, changed processing purposes, changed working methods or due to changing regulations. We will change the content of the statements unilaterally and without prior notice.
